Stop Smoking

Do you really want to quit smoking? In fact, do you want to become a non-smoker? It has been shown in studies that hypnotherapy may greatly increase your chances of doing so, compared to will power alone or nicotine replacement therapy (NRT). Smokers are over five times more likely to break the habit with hypnotherapy than by will power alone. A one-off session could be all you need.

I use robust and powerful techniques during the session to give you the very best chance of success. I will assess your motivation and will not take you on if you are not in a good place to quit now (e.g. experiencing current significant life stress).

I will use a combination of evidence based cognitive-behavioural strategies and hypnotherapy, with the session tailored to you personally. Together, we will look at your habit in detail, work towards maximising your motivation, and arming you with a whole host of coping strategies to keep you enjoying the freedom of living life as a non-smoker.
