Stop Smoking

Do you really want to quit smoking? In fact, do you want to become a non-smoker? It has been shown in studies that hypnotherapy may greatly increase your chances of doing so, compared to will power alone or nicotine replacement therapy (NRT). A one-off session could be all you need. Smokers are over five times more likely to break the habit with hypnotherapy than by will power alone.

I use robust and powerful techniques during the session to give you the very best chance of success. I will assess your motivation and will not take you on if you are not in a good place to quit now (e.g. current significant life stress).

I will use a combination of evidenced based cognitive-behavioural strategies and hypnotherapy with the session tailored to you personally. We will look at your habit in detail, work towards maximising your motivation and arm you with a whole host of coping strategies to keep you enjoying the freedom of living life as a non-smoker.
